Transportation
To reach Kosanji Temple, you'll need to take a ferry from Onomichi to Setoda Port on Ikuchijima Island. Ferries depart regularly from Onomichi Port, located near Onomichi Station. The ferry ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. From Setoda Port, you can take a bus to Kosanji Temple. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can rent a bicycle at the port and cycle to the temple, which is a pleasant and scenic ride.
